MidTown Homes is a residential division of a company that began over a decade ago. The Loveland, Colorado based firm has been improving the quality of homeownership in Northern Colorado since 1996. Co-owners Dr. Eric Holsapple and Don Marostica have deep roots in Northern Colorado. Eric has a PhD in Economics from Colorado State University (CSU), and has been teaching real estate investments at the Everitt Real Estate Center at CSU since 1995.

Don has served as mayor pro-tem on the Loveland City Council and has held board positions with the Colorado Division of Housing, the Medical Center of the Rockies Foundation, and Poudre Valley Health Systems. Currently Don is serving as a State Representative for House District 51.
